Nowadays Blogging has become an essential tool for different industries, helps your business to attract more traffic to your web page, social media, and art store, besides increasing your sales.


What is blogging and how it works as a marketing strategy for your brand and artwork?


Blog is a web page or an extention of your web page where you can publish content periodically about a theme, could be about your artwork, explain some art techniques for those who want to venture in to the art helps to build an audience. If you post steadily will become an expert, a mentor in your field attracting more new users and possible future clients.


There are two types of blogs, personal and corporative. The difference between them is that the personal blog, you can write and tell your experiences whilst the corporative are focused on commercial objectives.


In the art world all depends if you are an independent artists so you might use a personal blog, but if you are an art gallery or art workshop, art intitution you might use a corporative blog. Will help to get feedback and comments from your community directly.

  • Build Trust, due to is a platform where you express your knowledge, experiences, techniques, makes your clients or community perceive you as an expert of your field, enhancing the image of your brand.

  • Improves SEO positioning, you can add keywords in your blog so Google could perceive it as a relevant and improves your position of your blog page or if your blog is inside your web page wil be affected in a good way, within the search engines. Helps to get more page authority, is one of the main actions within off-page SEO.

  • Improves communcation, allows you to have a direct contact with your audience through their comments because the communication is bidirectional, you can connect with them.

  • Low cost, you can do it for free in different platforms just need to invest your time, creativity and be patient to create it.


To start a blog you need to know who are you talking to, who is the other person that is looking for your content, you need to do a research of the segmentation that will probably will be interest in reading your content.   • Brand Engagement: Make possible have an interaction with your brand emotionally, building trust among your audience.

  • Increase lifetime value: Is a marketing metric where the content that you are generating helps to get another sale or hire you for a long time. Remain in the time.

  • Generate Leads: attract clients throgh your sales funnel until its a REAL CLIENT.

  • Increasing Sales: presenting your brand more detailed, raw and having this closer view of your audience build a relationship with them, making them feel part of your story.

  • Writing for pleasure: Just because you like it and want to share your experience and noledge with the people.
